“Just a short note to thank you and your great staff for all of your extra efforts that greatly contributed to the success of the Microsoft Turn up the Heat Program held in June 1999. From the beginning, Operation Altitude knew that we had made the right decision to work with Trail Dust. Your contagious enthusiasm and great ideas for the unconventional and complex program were most welcome by OA and Microsoft. Hats off to your staff for their hard work, long hours, dynamic personalities and most importantly a sincere desire to get the job done and to do it right. Even more importantly, it made the Microsoft participants time spent in the desert a special and memorable event. John, it was truly a pleasure working with you and all of the Trail Dust crew”.
“I wanted to send you my thanks for making NUI’S event a huge success! Your jeep tour of the Sonoran Desert was just wonderful. Our guests enjoyed themselves immensely and were very impressed. Should we have the opportunity to entertain in Tucson again, we will definitely keep you in mind. Thank you again so much.”

“What an incredible adventure and awesome food! Thank you for providing such an enjoyable evening for our sales team. We really enjoyed the experience.”
“I just wanted to take a moment and let you know all the fabulous comments we’ve gotten this past year from our clients, after they returned from one of the jeep tours. Our client base is well traveled and mostly the groups are an incentive type of nature. They have high expectations and you’ve exceeded them all, even if they’ve done a jeep tour before. Even after 14 years here in the industry, it is still my very favorite activity to offer my clients.”

“Thanks for a great time! Our employees thought it was one of the best Christmas parties ever. Everything was fantastic, from the food to the cowboy songs around the fire. We’ll definitely be back again.”

“I would like to compliment you on the first class operation of your tour company. From the friendliness of your receptionist, to the punctuality, exuberance, and knowledge of our guide Jay, you could not have asked for a better time. I learned more in one day than in the 17 years I have lived in Tucson.
“Everyone had a great time: They are still talking about it today! The drivers were absolutely outstanding. Their knowledge and friendliness made a good event a great event! I heard many comments from my students on what a memorable experience it was. We will definitely do this again.
“Thank you for an amazing job with the Andrews Kurth Dining in the Desert event on the evening of Friday, October 14, 2011. You were professional, patient, totally accommodating of everyone’s needs, and just overall a delight to work with and we hope to have the opportunity to do so again, when we have a program in Tucson
You are an event planner’s dream … very easy to work with and happy to adapt to our clients’ ideas and concepts.
Thanks for making Kuoni Destination Management look so good.

I was just in Tucson last week for the National Sales Meeting for our company North Safety Products. We stayed at Loew’s Ventana Canyon Resort. You have an incredible city! But I especially wanted to send my special thanks to you for a terrific tour on Thursday – all of my peers enjoyed it immensely. Particularly I wanted to say “Thank you” to our guide Bob. Through the years I’ve done a lot of tours, museums, locales – but by far I found him to be one of my favorite experiences. He was incredibly knowledgeable about your history, plants, animals, and traditions. All your guides were great, but I rode with this guy and think he was fantastic. I wanted to bring his efforts to your attention and let you know it was really a memorable event!
I wanted to thank you for giving my friends and me the opportunity to go on a jeep tour yesterday. We enjoyed the comforts of “Tumbleweed.” I have lived in Tucson for 22 years and know some of the information which Jey explained, but I actually learned a number of new things myself. The other members of the party were from Western Pennsylvania and ranged in age from 5 to 55. Many of them had never been to Tucson before. During this vacation they visited the Desert Museum, Sabino Canyon, Colossal Cave, and Tombstone, and they unanimously agreed that Jey’s jeep tour yesterday was the best part of their week. Jey really made the trip special with all the information he shared. He was so open to everyone’s questions and had ready answers about the desert flora and fauna. I have a number of connections throughout the Tucson community and look forward to spreading the word about my adventure with Trail Dust!
